In Spain, the real estate development sector is one of the biggest economic forces in the country. There are many construction companies and people offering construction of residential estates.
Unfortunately, not all of these companies are delivering quality work, or finish a project on time. Having worked for over 20 years in the Spanish real estate industry I have seen a lot of good, and a lot of bad. It is very complicated to find companies that deliver quality work, and, not at all without importance, on time.
In these 20 years I have created a network of trustworthy local companies and people, each with their own specialization, expertise and style, able to create amazing residential properties within the planned timeframe.
It is very important to choose local companies, because of their experience in the area, and not the least because of their contacts with local authorities.
To be able to choose both matching architect and building company we will have a personal meeting, either in person or via internet so I will be able to know all your wishes ideas regarding the build.
Depending on your personal taste and property style, we will select a suitable architect that draws in the style you like, and then select a fitting building company, also specialized in building in the style prefer.
In Spain, the architect is the leading figure of the entire project, with him or her you will have many meetings, on-line or in person, to determine the design of your own villa. From the style of the villa, to the position of each socket, it will all be chosen at this point. All the architect we work with are fluent in Spanish and English.
When the design of the villa is clear, the architect will make his first drawings and will keep on changing them until they fully match with your expectations. When this is ready, you will be able to choose your materials together with the builder(s) and he/she/they can make a quote for the construction. If you want, we can ask various quotes of suitable builders to be able to make the best choice.
When decided to accept the offer of the builder we can start with the building process, in which we will be your link between the architect, builder and authorities. We also will monitor the building process closely and arrange virtual visits to the building site each week so you can also monitor the process yourself.
